Delete your data
You can have everything we hold about you erased, at any time, for any reason. You do not have to say why.
What gets deleted
- Your mobile number and name
- Every loyalty card you hold, at every business
- Your visit history and visit counts
- Rewards you have earned and not yet collected
- The record of messages we have sent you
This is not the same as removing one card from your wallet. Removing a card leaves your progress in place so scanning that shop’s QR again brings it back. Deleting your data does not come back. Any stamps or unclaimed rewards go with it.
Businesses keep their own totals — how many visits they had in a month — but nothing in them identifies you afterwards.
How to do it
Because your identity here is your mobile number, and anyone can type a mobile number, we do not erase an account the moment someone asks using one. Every request is checked by a person first, and carried out within 2 to 4 business days. You will not be charged, contacted for a reason, or asked to reconsider.
